AccountPro MY provides accounting and financial services to businesses operating in Malaysia. The specific services to be rendered shall be detailed in a separate agreement between AccountPro MY and the client.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Fees and Payment

Our fees for services are as described on our website or as agreed upon in a separate service agreement. Fees are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to our website or via email.

Payment for services must be made according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges and/or suspension of services.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AccountPro MY and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Malaysia and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AccountPro MY.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services
• Responding to requests for information in a timely manner
• Maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Ensuring that all information provided complies with applicable laws and regulations

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AccountPro MY, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AccountPro MY and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
